Hello, if understand about history of JAVA, Ok we are learn how to Installing JAVA with Netbeans Ide. This is step by step :
Installing JAVA & NETBEANS
integrated (IDE or Integrated Develepment Environment) that will be a lot easier in making the application because it provides visual controls are important in programming the desktop (or better known as visual programming).

If, done Download then install JAVA SDK First !!! this the step :
Open JAVA SDK >> Double Click >> Dialog box appears containing sheets of agreement between the parties Sun Microsystems.
Read all the points of this agreement and click Accept as a sign of approval. If introduction to the language you think is your English difficult to understand you could pretend to be ignorant and just click on Accept button (in this case your deemed to have read and agree points of agreement included because clicking Accept ^_^).
